Wilz Taking Over 141st Maneuver Enhancement Brigade
The North Dakota Army National Guard`s largest unit is getting a new and historic leader. Colonel Giselle Wilz will be taking over the Fargo-based 141st Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, which includes more than 1,400 soldiers in units throughout eastern North Dakota.
Wilz is the first woman in the history of the North Dakota Army National Guard to rise to the rank of "Full Bird" colonel.
