Oak Park Wrap Up | Video

With fall approaching, most of the outdoor summer activities will have to come end. Oak Park will be saying goodbye to the Splash Pad for the year this weekend.

While the Splash Pad is closing, Minot residents can still enjoy the park grounds.

"With two kids you gotta do something to burn off that energy so that`s the biggest thing reason. It`s real local for us it`s pretty close to hear or with walking distance and my son every single day he asks, `Can we go to the park mom? Can we go to the park?" said Minot resident Natalie Jensen.

The Splash Pad will close Sunday evening.
