Minot Street Closures on Saturday

The Minot Police Department is advising residents of street closures due to the Minot State University Homecoming Parade on Saturday. The department says that at 6:00 Saturday morning, Main St. will be closed from 3rd Ave SW to Central Ave. Central Ave will also be closed off from 1st St SE to Broadway upon the start of the parade at 10:30. Broadway will be closed from 2nd Ave SW to 19th Ave NW at the start of the parade and will remain closed until its completion, which is expected to be around noon.

Police are asking motorists to use alternative routes.
