Formal Charges Expected Today for NDSU Football Players

Formal charges are expected today in the petition fraud case against several NDSU football players. North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem says this isn`t the first time someone has forged signatures on a petition. He says even though it doesn`t happen often, it`s a serious offense affecting the citizen`s rights in a free society and not something to be taken lightly.
