NDCA Looking for Ornaments for State Christmas Tree

| 9/5/2012

Even though December is several months away, one group is already looking for ornaments for the state Christmas tree. The North Dakota Council on the Arts is inviting artists and crafters to provide handmade ornaments for the North Dakota State Christmas Tree. The tree will be displayed in the Memorial Hall of the State Capitol.

If you enter an ornament, be sure to include your name and a brief one or two line description of the ornament.

According to the NDCA, ornaments must be received in their office no later than Friday, November 16, and they become the property of the NDCA and will be hung on the state tree in ensuing years. Ornaments should be mailed to the NDCA, 1600 E. Century Ave., Suite 6, Bismarck, ND 58503-0649.
