Free Labor Day Lunch | Video

Many people enjoyed the holiday off, but a certain percentage of the work force spent the day at the office. However, the staff at St. Alexius were rewarded with a free Labor Day lunch.

Olive Garden in Bismarck delivered the free meals to the staff at St. Alexius.

Physician Kevin Mickelson says many of the workers are isolated during the day. Some of them don`t even have seats near a window, so it`s nice to be rewarded after putting in a few extra hours.

"We lament a bit being away from our families at times like this. But when somebody comes in and does a kind gesture like this, it is very well received and very much appreciated."

This is Olive Garden`s 11th consecutive year of delivering lunches on Labor Day.
