Man Pleads Not Guilty to Attempted Murder

A man facing four charges, including attempted murder entered a plea of not guilty in court yesterday. Matthew Foxworthy pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated assault, fleeing on foot and attempted murder. On June 14, Foxworthy knocked out the teeth and strangled a female victim. He also knocked out the teeth of another male victim.

His bond is set at $150,000.

Foxworthy`s next court appearance will be on November 13.
