Three Fires Burning in Western ND | Video

A series of fires are burning in Theodore Roosevelt National Park. The U.S. Forest Service says the Sail Fire which was reported Friday night about 13 miles northwest of Amidon has grown to around 200 acres.

Not far away, firefighters were containing the Deep Creek 12 fire, which was around 75 acres.

The largest of the fires was reported about nine miles north of Marmarth. The Deep Creek 2 fire grew to around 3,000 acres.

Firefighters and smoke jumpers from eight departments are assisting in the efforts.
