Identity Released of Body Found in Souris River

Minot Police have released the identity of the body that was recovered from the Souris River last week. The body has been identified as Michael Alumbaugh, 47. Alumbaugh`s body was recovered from the river beneath the Broadway viaduct shortly after noon on August 16.
