Police Investigating Fatal Watford City Hit and Run

One man is dead, and another is injured after a hit and run south of Watford City. According to the McKenzie County Sheriff`s Department Bryan Charles Neal, 26, was killed and Jake Clarence Swartz, 26, was injured in the hit and run, which happened early Tuesday morning.

The Watford City Police Department and McKenzie County Sheriff`s Department have arrested Hunter Rhodes, 22, in the alleged hit and run.

Swartz still remains in the hospital, and details on how the accident happened have not been released.
