Sheriff Tuhy Staying

Governor Dalrymple has dismissed the complaints about Stark County Sheriff Clarence Tuhy, so the sheriff will remain in office.

In a written statement, Sheriff Tuhy says he is very pleased with the Governor`s decision. He did not believe his conduct, as alleged, fell within the perimeters of the removal statute. He says he will continue to work hard for the people of Stark County.
