New Gym For Ray Public Schools | Video

Construction on the new gym for Ray Public Schools is underway. School administrators are hoping to have it completed by the end of the first nine weeks of class.

The building will serve as more than a gym. On the side of the gym will be a new kitchen, new bathrooms and four new classrooms. All of the additions will help Ray Public Schools expand.

“With the extra classrooms, we`re splitting our first grade classrooms for the first time in a long time. We needed to move some classrooms and make some extra space. That will definitely be a benefit to all of our students and the community,” said Superintendent Ben Schafer.
