Lawyers for a Fargo man accused of stabbing his wife to death in their apartment last spring are asking whether he`s fit to stand trial. Henry Deniger is accused of murder in the March death of his wife Kathye.

Deniger has already asked for a mental health evaluation on the grounds he wasn`t criminally responsible for killing his wife.

His attorney also says he wants to dismiss his defense team, claiming conflict of interest, since attorneys in the law firm have represented witnesses in the case.
