New Development Planned for Parshall

A new residential and commercial development will be coming to Parshall. The community, which will be called "The Highlands of Parshall" will be located on the northern end of Parshall. In a release from ARFA Holdings and the City of Parshall, the development will be 300 acres and will house up to 2,000 people.

They add that the development will include residential housing, apartments, hotels, commercial space and a community center.
