Man Steals Gun, Waves it Around | Video

Bismarck police arrested a man with a gun who created a disturbance downtown Monday morning. They say Luke Eppler, a 23 year old homeless man, stole a shotgun from Gun City and then ran across the street to Main Street Tire and starting waving the gun around.

Nearby businesses locked up until police arrived and took Eppler into custody.
