Volunteers Needed For Day of Caring

The United Way is looking for volunteers for the 2012 Day of Caring. The Day of Caring, August 15, is an event where both individuals and businesses come together to help area non-profit agencies and community members in need.

This year the Missouri Slope Areawide United Way needs 450 volunteers for 22 projects in the Bismarck-Mandan area. Projects include painting, cleaning, landscaping and construction.

The United Way also needs volunteers for Team Captains. The captains assist in coordinating supplies and leading volunteers.
