Multiple Thefts From Vehicles

Five Ford pickups were forcibly broken in to in Bismarck overnight on Wednesday and items inside stolen after someone punched out the lock in the door. The pickups were Ford F-150s, 250s, and 350s. The lock was punched on a Ford Expedition as well.

Another four unlocked cars also had items taken from them.

Police say while one good way to prevent thefts from motor vehicles is by locking them, the only way to guarantee that something isn`t stolen is to not leave anything valuable inside.
