Borner and Whitman Found Guilty | Video

The verdict is in for the Beulah shooting trial. Both Cody Borner and Richard Whitman are guilty on both counts of conspiracy to commit murder.

This morning, jurors asked the court if the verdicts for Cody Borner and Richard Whitman had to be the same. After discussing the legal ramifications of different verdicts, the judge sent back a note saying the verdicts could be different.

A pre-sentence investigation has been ordered before they are sentenced.
