Burlington Annexes Land

The Burlington City Council voted to annex a significant parcel of property into the city for future development projects. More than 700 acres of land located southeast of Burlington was annexed for the creation of two separate developments. Master plans for the entire property require the acreage include both mixed use and commercial space.

Owner/developer Joel Feist is planning the Pointe of View Third Subdivision which is comprised of 187 acres of land.

The second development, known as the Highlands Ranch Subdivision, includes 535 acres of land. That project is being planned by owner/developer Colton Lee
