Jury Selection in Beulah Shooting Trial

Attorneys are picking a jury to hear the case against two men accused of conspiring to shoot and kill a man in Beulah in January. Cody Borner and Richard Whitman are facing charges for the murder of Michael Padilla and attempting to kill his brother, Timothy Padilla.

Jury selection started at 9:00 this morning. The trial is scheduled to last all week. We`ll have more coverage of today`s proceedings later tonight
