Kalmio Pleads Not Guilty | Video

The man accused of murdering a Minot woman last year was back in court today, answering to three more counts of murder. Omar Kalmio, 27, previously pleaded not guilty to charges of killing his girlfriend. Today he entered not guilty pleas in the deaths of other members of Sabrina Zephier`s family.

Sabrina`s mother, Jolene Zephier; her brother, Dylan Zephier, 13, and her mother`s boyfriend, 22 year old Jeremy Longie, 22, were all found dead the same day.

Police arrested Kalmio in Williston the next day. He was held initially held on immigration charges.

The judge was already discussing the selection of a jury.

"If there`s an agreement to have possible people excluded, if I could have that before the 17th so I can let those people know," said Judge Douglas Mattson.

Kalmio`s next court date is set for August 17.
