Retha Colclasure | 6/19/2012

Bismarck police arrested and released three men for drug charges, after one of them reported that his home may have been broken into. It happened yesterday afternoon on East Sweet Avenue.

Police say the 27 year old resident called because when he got home, his house was torn apart and the bedroom door was locked. Police arrived and found another one of the residents in the bedroom, but they also found drug paraphernalia sitting around the house.

They obtained a search warrant and found marijuana and paraphernalia. The three residents, who were 27 to 29 years old, were arrested.

There are no suspects in the burglary.
