As you travel the friendly skies next month, you`ll be able to read up on all that`s great about North Dakota.

Delta`s in-flight "Sky" magazine unveiled its newest issue which features a 32-page spread on North Dakota. The article focuses on our state`s six pillars of growth: education, economic development, agriculture, energy, technology and quality of life.

State leaders say the feature is a great way to showcase North Dakota to a large audience. The magazine says it will reach about 5 million monthly readers.

"North Dakota is very important to Delta. As the editor and publisher of the magazine, we go to Delta and ask for permission and this was definitely on that they definitely wanted to see us do," said Sky Magazine publisher Marialice Harwood.
