| People are already looking to stock items beneath the tree, and one perfect opportunity to get a head start was in place Saturday in Mandan. ``The Big One`` Art and Craft Fair was held at the Mandan Community Center. 60 vendors placed their homemade items on display. Exhibitors brought their items from across the state and upper midwest. `The Big One` has fairs in Minot and Fargo, and this is the first year it`s been held in Mandan. "There`s everything from jewelry to clothing to baked goods to popcorn. Baby items, items for the house, home decorating christmas items, oak furniture, everything you can possibly think of," says organizer and owner Lisa Frank. "The Big One" wrapped up this afternoon.
