| State Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring says he has restructured his department. Three program areas - plant industries, livestock services and executive services - have been replaced by six divisions. The divisions are administrative services, business development, agriculture chemical, state veterinarian, livestock development and plant industries. The department says the change is being made to make the agency more efficient. |
