| IRS Says 172 ND Refund Checks Undeliverable |

| The Internal Revenue Service says 172 federal tax refund checks to North Dakotans were returned with mailing address errors. The IRS says the checks total $141,941, and some taxpayers are due more than one check. IRS spokeswoman Carrie Resch says people who are missing refunds should update their addresses with the IRS so they can get their money. The IRS says undeliverable refund checks for North Dakotans average $825 this year, compared to $658 last year. |
