| Sawyer Restaurant Fire |

| Rumors of a restaurant`s demise have been greatly exaggerated. Fire struck the Cowboy Corner Cafe in Sawyer last night, and early reports from the Ward County Sheriff`s Department indicated the building was gutted. But the owners say that`s not true. Koni Aho says that the fire was contained to the attic. And the video here shows no damage to the restaurant. Investigators say it may have been started by an exhaust fan and is not suspicious. The business should be open again soon. Clean up began this afternoon. |
