| Bismarck Man Pleads Guilty to Soliciting Girls |

| A man accused of trying to solicit sex from girls on their way home from school in Bismarck has pleaded guilty to charges of soliciting minors. Authorities say Dalles Spah, 70, of Bismarck propositioned girls who were younger than 12 years old last spring. He was arrested after authorities tracked down a van that matched the girls` description. Spah pleaded guilty Thursday to three counts of solicitation of a minor. Each carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison. Judge Bruce Romanick ordered a presentence review. |
