| A fatality happened Saturday morning 10 miles west of Mandan on County Road 139. The Highway Patrol says it happened at around 11:45 Saturday morning. A vehicle was traveling from Bismarck going west to New Salem on County Road 139.. The vehicle spun clockwise and hit an approach causing it to roll and go off a steep ravine. The driver was identified 21- year old Cody Wetzel. Wetzel was pronounced dead at the scene. |
