| University of ND Gets Permission to Sell Land |

| The University of North Dakota has permission to sell 253 acres of Cass County farm land. The property was part of a larger donation that was willed to UND by alumnus Burton Aarestad when he died in January 2003. About 213 acres of land is near Fargo`s Hector Airport, while another 40 acres is near West Fargo. Right now the property is being farmed. North Dakota`s Board of Higher Education voted Friday to give UND permission to sell the land. |
