| State wildlife officials say a Valley City man has bagged the 200th bighorn in the North Dakota badlands. Jerad Enger shot the ram on Saturday south of Medora. Bighorn sheep hunting has been allowed in the Badlands since 1975. Only a handful of licenses are given out each year. |
