| Daycare Provider on Trial for Child Abuse |

| A daycare provider in north central North Dakota is on trial on charges of physically abusing children. Jury selection in the trial of Lori Voeller began Monday, in Northeast District Court in Rugby. 48 year old Voeller of Rugby, is charged with eight counts of felony child abuse. Authorities say Voeller physically abused eight children between the ages of four months and five years old at her daycare in Rugby. Voeller`s trial is slated for 10 days. She has pleaded not guilty. |
