Suspect Injured After Trooper Car Chase
Kevin Gribble
7/19/2009
A Minot man is recovering in a Fargo hospital after authorities say he crashed a stolen car during a chase. The Highway Patrol says 18-year-old David Haskin was on state Highway 20 south of Devils Lake early Saturday when troopers began chasing him.

Troopers say the car Haskin was in had been stolen from Devils Lake on Friday night. Haskin ran through a tire-flattening device and later hit a traffic signal pole at the junction with U.S. Highway 2.

According to the report, Haskin was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the car. He`s listed in stable condition.
