Minot Attorney Arrested Again

| A Minot attorney arrested last week on drug charges has been arreseted again, this time for a DUI. Renville County State`s Attorney Marv Madsen says 40-year-old James Wolff was arrested after a one vehicle accident on Sunday, June 21st. No one was hurt in the accident but Wolff was arrested for Driving under the influence. Wolff has a law office in Minot and Mohall. On Thursday, June 18th Wolff was arrested at a local bar by the Ward County Drug Task Force on charges of driving under the influence and conspiring to possess cocaine. |
