Identities Released in Emmons County Crash

Authorities have released the identity of a woman killed in Emmons County yesterday morning.

The Highway Patrol says Shaundra Mlekoday, 18, of Baldwin was a passenger in a car that went out of control on a curve on Highway 1804, about 25 miles south of Bismarck.

She was ejected and died at the scene.

She was not wearing a seat belt.

The driver, Rocky Stein, 20, of Zap, and another passenger, Lee Baesler, 20, of Mandan, were injured.
