| Being out on the road was not the place to be Sunday night in many parts of North Dakota. With the flood waters rising, it just wasn`t safe. Parts of I-94 near Tower City were under about six inches of water Sunday. Traffic was backed up in both directions, and the problem only got worse as Easter traffic increased Sunday evening. |
