You`ve probably noticed a change in season when you step outside, but also when you look in the mirror.

The cold, dry weather, translates to tight, dry skin on your face and neck. There are ways you can keep your skin feeling more like summer, though.

Start from the inside.

Flax Seed Oil is an excellent source of Omega Three Fatty Acids, which are fundamental components of the cellular membrane of all skin cells.

Also fish, whole grains, beans, nuts, and green leafy vegetables keep the dermis and epidermis, the layers underneathe the surface, looking healthy.

Once you cleanse the body, you can cleanse the exterior, but be careful what you use.

"I recommend anything with mineral oil because that causes the procedure to just set on your skin and it doesn`t absorb to the dermis, where you really need them, where skin cells are being formed," says Ashlie Sayler, an esthetician.
