Fire destroys Bismarck apartment

A fire destroyed an apartment on the 1400 block of North 22nd Street just after 2:30 this afternoon, according to a Bismarck Fire Department official.

A high speed chase ended this afternoon after the driver lost control trying to avoid spike strips on Highway 6 north of St. Anthony.
